do not become a trader if you are asking for permission
whenever i get asked by someone if they should 'try' trading my gut instinctively wants me to scream one word at them—
and its not that i think these people are incapable of figuring it out. rather, it entirely has to do with the fact that i never asked for permission.
why?
- i had fostered a worthy enough cause that did not seek even the slightest hint of external validation.
- given how low the barrier-for-entry is, participating in public financial markets has practically become a god given right at this point—no one 'lets' you trade anymore.
so, if you are still teetering on the thought of giving this game the good old college try, i think you already have your answer—
no.
